The Slaughter Of The Gays & The Law Religions

Forty-nine people were killed and 53 more were wounded when a gunman launched an assault on a gay nightclub in Orlando early Sunday. The shooter, killed by police after a three-hour siege, was Omar Mateen, 29, of Fort Pierce, Florida. Mateen called 911 before the attack, expressing fealty to ISIS. He had been probed by the FBI twice, but the investigations were closed. He legally bought the two guns used in the attack within the past week.

Omar Mateen's father, Mir Seddique, spoke to NBC News about the shooting . "This had nothing to do with religion," he told the network. "We were in downtown Miami, Bayside, people were playing music. And he saw two men kissing each other in front of his wife and kid and he got very angry," Seddique told NBC. "They were kissing each other and touching each other and he said, 'Look at that. In front of my son they are doing that.' And then we were in the men's bathroom and men were kissing each other."

The father of the Reaper of Gays says:

This had nothing to do with religion. . .

Huh?

This had everything to do with religion, and shows the inadequacy of the world's two major Law religions: Judaism and Islam.

Judaism instructs: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Islam instructs: Verily, you practice your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds. . .And We rained down on them a rain (of stones). Then see what was the end of the Mujrimun.

These Law religions identify faggotry as a sin, and advocate punishment as a justified reaction to the sin.  Judaism clearly promotes death as the sentence for faggotry, and while Islam's edict is a little murkier, it's menacing enough to merit an interpretation of death among the more *fundamental* would-be enforcers of the Law.

The great trouble with the Law religions is the average idiot who reads the texts imagines himself God's hangman.  This delusion carries from the individual to the state level. . .

For example, a lone believer like Omar Mateen, who is revealed to be a faggot himself (and here) (and here), detests his and other people's homosexuality, and discovers in a Law religion a similar hatred, along with a divine remedy: death.  Though secularists would view Mateen as a low-life, he must have imagined himself doing God's High Work as he was gunning down 49 queers, and then showed he was no hypocrite, by giving himself the death penalty also, via suicide-by-cop.

Man's vengeful violence originates in the Law religion principle, from the individual level, when the Everyman discovers offending sin in the other, and envisions himself as God's avenging angel, to the state level, when the state sacralizes its ideology, and engages in war against states with a supposed counter-ideology.

Christianity is radically different from Judaism and Islam.  Jesus never shied from identifying sin, and surely would identify faggotry as sin, but He outlawed man's authority to act as executioner:

Often there is talk in the West of a *Judeo-Christian* tradition. . .there is no such tradition, nor can there be:

He came into His own, and His own received Him not. . .

Judaism and Christianity are in opposition.  It is Law opposed to Grace.

Jesus commands forgiveness, not punishment, of sin.  A limitless forgiveness, which vengeful man is loathe to accept:

Then came Peter to Him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

This is why we can discount the supposed *Christianity* of the (dis)believer who commits violence in the name of Christ. . .

Jesus set the standard when He declared from the cross:

Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. . .

There can be no co-tradition between a Law religion which put Jesus on the cross, and the Gospel which openly rejected that Law religion. . .

A *tradition* between the hangman's religion and the hangman's victim?  Absurd. . .

The truth of our world is seemingly opposing cultures actually practice a co-tradition of violence. . .this is true on the individual level, as when we compare the reaction to faggotry of the islamic Omar Mateen to the judaic Yishai Schlissel:

It is also true on the state level.  For example, compare the United States and ISIS: both practice Law religions, which justify them punishing the sin in the other by violence. . .

The world is trapped in a circle of violence performed by supposed clashing cultures, which, in actuality, co-practice a Law religion tradition. . .

Until the Gospel of Jesus rules, the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. . .
